Cevahir Pilpil graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Electrical Engineering. Starting his career as a customer relations manager at Finansbank Turkey, he developed his career in the fields of domestic and international project / portfolio management, customer management, dealer channel management and international sales and business development at Finansbank Russia and later in Turkcell Group companies. During this time, he managed teams and projects in different countries and cultures. With this experience and knowledge, he later became the senior sales manager responsible for Georgia at Oracle; He also worked at KoçSistem as a senior sales manager responsible for Eastern Europe and the CIS region.
Using his 15+ years of business and management experience in Turkey, Eastern Europe, CIS, Central Asia and Caucasus countries and his acquired competencies in the field of consultancy and training, he has gained expertise in sales and business development, customer / key account management, project / portfolio management and digital transformation.
In this context, he provides training, consultancy and mentoring on Sales Skills, International Sales and Business Development, Fundamentals of Project Management, Project / Program Management for Managers, and Digital Transformation. He also takes part in international education projects.
